Meet The Team

Andrew O'brien

President

Andrew O'Brien and James Davenport are a dynamic duo whose mission is to provide inpatient 90-day mental health and substance abuse programs in Arizona.

Andrew leverages community partnerships and coordinates integrated behavioral health interventions with a specialized emphasis on social determinants of mental health and substance abuse to promote overall health in the state. His experience as a personal caretaker for eight years has inspired him to make a difference in the community.

Jim Davenport

Vicepresident

Jim Davenport began to see a need around the city of Phoenix: many people that were struggling to get by day to day. As he saw people living in tents, he realized that something needed to be done about affordable housing. It was around 2019 that he began to look into what could be done for affordable housing and stumbled upon a way to meet the needs of people who are truly struggling by offering behavioral health services. This is where he met Andrew, and together they joined forces to help the community in need in Arizona state.

They look forward to helping individuals overcome their obstacles and improve their overall well-being.

Our center is dedicated to providing comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals in need of support for their mental health and well-being. Our team of trained professionals is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment to help our clients achieve their recovery goals.

During their stay at our center, clients can expect to participate in a variety of therapeutic and supportive services, including group and individual therapy sessions, medication management, educational workshops, recreational activities, and more. We also offer family therapy and support, as well as assistance with vocational training and job placement.

Our goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients can focus on their recovery and work towards a brighter future. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity for a second chance, and we are here to support our clients every step of the way on their journey toward healing and wellness.
